Ella's shower essentials

Hello Lovelies!
I would like to start off by apologizing for the terrible quality for the photos. I had to use the laptop camera today.
Anywho, I would like to introduce to you....
*drumroll*
Ella's shower essentials!
I start off with a kind of pricey body wash, but it's totally worth it (in my opinion). I will post some drugstore-only posts, but today is not that day.
Here we go!

Clean, Girls body wash by Soap and Glory
I would like to start with my favorite item in my shower: My soap and glory body wash! I mean, even the packaging is awesome. I like the scent, which is a very soapy, clean, almost soothing scent. I prefer it over all the other types of body wash they carry so far. The citrus one seems nice, so I will probably save up for that soon. I digress. This stuff is thick and creamy, and the scent stays on. It has a "moisturizing matrix" already in it, so sometimes I skip out on my lotion. I have been using this bottle for almost 3 weeks now and still haven't made a dent in it yet! It lasts forever, I swear. I get my soap and glory products at Sephora. This body wash was $16, which isn't horribly expensive. If you want to splurge, this is most certainly a product to consider. (It's been sitting next to me on my bed for 10 minutes now and my room smells super nice)
Cherry Blosson Ginseng Shampoo by Organix
Next, we have the shampoo that I swear by: Cherry Blossom Ginseng Shampoo and conditioner by Organix. This stuff makes my hair smell good all through the day, and I shower at night. Since I started using Organix products a few months ago, I have seen a change in the health and shine of my hair. My hair seems more alive, and it curls better. I started with their Green Tea Shampoo, but I much prefer the smell of the cherry blossom. It is very relaxing and fresh. It's less than $5 at Albertsons (a grocery store, I know!) and is better than any high end brand samples I have ever tried. They have tons of scents with different purposes so find one you like!
   Herbal Essences Hello Hydration conditioner
Finally, we have the Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing conditioner with orchid & coconut milk. I have a large container in my shower, but the lid is broken and I really do not want to clean my sheets tonight. I do not like standard shaving creams because they make my legs really dry and make it difficult to get a close shave. I use hello hydration because it's purpose is to moisturize. It is not too thick and makes it really simple to see where hair I missed is. This is a lifesaver! I got this idea off of youtube recently and now use it every day.

I hope you found some inspiration from this. Again, do not be afraid to splurge on good quality products, especially if they work and take forever to run out. Have a great day and a wonderful weekend!

Test/unofficial first post

Hello lovelies! Ella here, kick-starting our shiny new blog. While I work on fixing bugs
and changing the format of our video so it will upload (hopefully tonight!), I thought I
would get our blog up and running. This is just a quick post, and we will make a long and emotional (ha) post later, when we are together and have all our thoughts together. It seems blogs are the way to go, so here we are! Make sure to follow our blog, subscribe on youtube, and stay in touch! I want to call you guys teacups, but a.) there are exactly 0 of you atm, and b.) Alexis doesn't like it. She'll get mad at me for telling you that. Then she'll be okay because we're friends and i make nice box muffins. See you later!
